Vice President for Student Affairs

Establish the Division as an integral part of the anticipated development campaign   
Maintain on-going efforts in the University community to bring a new Student Recreation Center to UConn   
Install the newly created Division of Student Affairs Awards process as part of the regular Division practice of employee recognition for professionalism and service   
Implement an outreach educational component with a focus on Risk Management within the Division and link this to responsible programming and student service delivery   
Complete transition to new leadership for the Department of Residential Life
